Sam Dibben of Ace of Spades Contracting was awarded the PF Olsen 2023 Safety Champions Award for his outstanding individual leadership in safety.
Over 2023 Sam began training as a team supervisor. Sams’ dedication, confidence, and commitment to fostering a positive and respectful work environment make him a standout candidate for the outstanding leadership in safety award. From the onset, he has displayed a commitment to learning and growth, continuously striving to enhance his skills and knowledge. One of his notable strengths is his exceptional manners and respectful treatment of everyone on the worksite. His interpersonal skills have contributed to a positive team dynamic, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. He brings up any concerns and deals with them promptly. His humility and willingness to seek assistance when needed further highlight his commitment to the success of the team. He is not hesitant to bring matters to the attention of other supervisors or managers, ensuring that challenges are addressed promptly and effectively. He did a fantastic job this year, well done Sam.
